We offer dormant account filing to UK companies. This service is provided using Companies House online filing service. To proceed we will need your company authentication code. If we registered the company for you we will have this stored securely for you.
The dormant accounts are normally submitted the same day payment is received. This is subject to company checks and provision of the authentication code.
If your company has not traded during the financial year then dormant accounts can be filed at Companies House. This is a simplified document and is less complicated than submitting a set of abbreviated accounts.
To file dormant accounts your company should have no significant trading during the year. Significant trading includes buying or selling goods or services.
It is the company director’s responsibility to ensure accounts are filed on time. They must also file correct accounts and not make false statements.
