Simple Formations Closed it's Company Formation Service in November 2025

We were dedicated to giving you unparalleled customer service; with an expert team of business advisors and state-of-the-art incorporation software, we made the formation of your limited company a fast, simple and incredibly cost-effective process  – so that you can get on with making your business a success.

Simple Formations designed this web site using our experience of company formation to make it as simple as possible. Designed from the ground up our system was completely unique. It guided the user through the entire company formation process in simple to follow steps. Each page containing a help section in the unlikely event you are unsure of what to do. We truly believe this was the simplest way to form your company yet we still offered this service at an amazingly low price.

In November 2025 the new UK legislation required substantial changes to our processes due to the implementation of the 'personal code' where all directors and PSC's are now required to identify themselves to the UK government. This also introduced a new higher GOV fee of £100 to incorporate a company instead of £50. Companies House now offer incorporation directly at their own website so it makes little sense to use a third party formation agent when you still need to use the GOV service to obtain the personal code.

We decided the new process would rightly encourage  most people to go direct to the GOV service for incorporation making the need for a formation agent obsolete in the vast majority of cases. Add to that the competition from new online only banks offering free incorporation if you open their business bank account at the same time we decided to call it a day.

We still offer virtual office services and other related service but no longer offer company registration or company secretary services.
