Why do you need a registered office address?
When forming a limited company you must provide an official registered office address. This is the location Companies House and HMRC will use to communicate with your company. This must be a physical address in the UK. Companies House will not allow the use of a PO Box address for the purpose of the registered office. This address is freely available to the general public and will be displayed on Companies House register. If you do not want your personal address available to the public our registered office service is the perfect solution.

You now just need to register your limited company at Companies House and enter our address as the registered office address and directors service address. Once the company is formed you can let us know the registered number and date of incorporation and we will start the address service from the same date.
