Why do you need a registered office address?
When forming a limited company you must provide an official registered office address. This is the location Companies House and HMRC will use to communicate with your company. This must be a physical address in the UK. Companies House will not allow the use of a PO Box address for the purpose of the registered office. This address is freely available to the general public and will be displayed on Companies House register. If you do not want your personal address available to the public our registered office service is the perfect solution.
All UK companies must provide a UK registered office which is declared on a public register.

When completing your online company formation application you will be able to select one of our office locations as your registered office address. This will ensure our address is displayed on the public records from the date of incorporation and your personal address remains private.
For companies registered in England and Wales we offer an address in the centre of Coventry or London. Scottish companies can choose our Edinburgh address.
