Once a company formation has been submitted we ensure it is sent directly to Companies House. This ensures all companies are formed in the quickest time possible. Most companies are formed in approximately 6 to 8 hours. Some Scottish companies are formed in about 30 minutes. However, please note that any company formation is subject to Companies House. If you need a company urgently we recommend you select the same day company formation service.
**E-filing allows you to quickly and easily amend your company’s records held at Companies House free of charge at any time in the future, for example to appoint a new director – no more paperwork!
