We Legalise all UK Company Documents
We can arrange for most UK company documents to be issued with the apostille in just 1-2 days. Using our fully inclusive service makes sure your documents are correctly processed to avoid delays.
The apostille certificate is added to a UK document that is to be used overseas. The process is called legalisation. Organisations outside the UK will request documents are legalised by apostille as a means of verification.

More Reasons to Choose our Service
Solicitor Certification Included
Most company documents will need to be certified by a solicitor before the apostille can be issued. We will check your documents, arrange for a solicitor to certify them accordingly and then attach the apostille. We complete the entire service for you.
There is no faster all-inclusive service for getting company documents legalised with the apostille.
If you have a Power of Attorney or you are making a sworn affidavit you will need to visit a solicitor before sending the documents. Any document that is signed by a company director where the signature must be witnessed should be certified by a solicitor or notary public before sending the document to us.
Bound Sets of Documents
Producing a set of bound documents can save you money when more than one document needs legalising. If all of the documents relate to one company we can produce a cover sheet detailing the documents to be legalised. Once the documents are checked one of our solicitors will bind the documents together with legal fasteners and certify the cover sheet. The apostille is then attached to the cover sheet legalising the documents within the set.
We recommend you check if a bound set of documents will be accepted in the country you are submitting the documents to. If you are not sure the safe solution is to attach an apostille to each document separately.
