Who can use our virtual address?

Our low cost virtual office is perfect for most small businesses. Start-Ups, small companies and home based businesses benefit from having a virtual address so they can focus on running their business. Whether you are a sole trader, limited company or charity we are happy to help.

If you are a Limited Company, LLP or Limited Partnership we include the registered office service as standard. You can provide our address to Companies House to keep your personal address private. Any mail received from Companies House or HMRC is forwarded to you like any other mail addressed to your business.

Knowing our office is open during normal office hours to accept from Royal Mail and all of the UKs courier firms provides you with peace of mind. You can visit customers, attend meetings, go for lunch and even take the occasional holiday while we take care of your incoming mail.

How does it work?

What is included in the service.

Business letters and envelopes, up to 1kg in weight, are included within the number of items purchased for the 12 month period.

Any letter received at our London office addressed to your business will be sorted, new postage is added and then it is sent to you at your private address.

During the 12 months from purchase we will process up to, and including, the number of letters you have paid for. The service expires when the purchased number of letters have been received and sent to you or when the 12 month period expires, whichever occurs first.

When your service is due for renewal (number of items reached or 12 months) we will contact you and invite you to renew the service.

If you require a virtual office for more than one business you will need to order additional services.

What is not included.

The service is restricted to items under 1kg in weight. This allows us to offer a low cost service at a fixed price. Any letters over 1kg are NOT included in the service. It is most unlikely that you will receive any post this heavy. 1kg is approximately the weight of a large catalogue.

Goods, parcels or high value items are not included. There are two reasons for this. Firstly, contacting clients to arrange delivery of large items is administrative and costly. Secondly, we have to protect our address for all genuine customers. We do not want 'bad apples' misusing our address to obtain goods fraudulently.

Letters beyond the number of purchased items will not be forwarded. Do not worry. We will invite you to renew the service in plenty of time to maintain forwarding of mail.

If your service runs for 12 months and we have not processed the full amount of letters purchased during this time period the remaining balance does not roll over to the next 12 month period.
