Same Day Company Formation
When submitting your company you will be given the option to select a same day company formation. This will mean Companies House prioritise your application. Same day registrations must be submitted before 3pm to qualify. Later applications will still be charged and prioritised but may be formed the following day.
Other standard applications are normally accepted in around 2-3 hours. During busy periods Companies House may take 6 to 8 working hours or longer. Some Scottish companies are formed within an hour.*
If your company is rejected you will receive an instant notification. Re-submitting a company incurs no additional fee.
When your company is formed we will tell you immediately. You will receive an email instantly telling you that the company is formed.
