Why do you need a registered office address?

When forming a limited liability partnership you must provide an official registered office address. This is the location Companies House and HMRC will use to communicate with your LLP. This must be a physical address in the UK. Companies House will not allow the use of a PO Box address for the purpose of the registered office. This address is freely available to the general public and will be displayed on Companies House register. If you do not want your personal address available to the public our registered office service is the perfect solution.
