The fee includes Companies House charge.
Access to Companies House online efiling is included with all packages**. We include your company efiling authentication code as soon as the company is formed.
Most companies are formed in just 6-8 hours*. You can also choose a same day company formation if the formation is urgent. This is subject to Companies House and the submission time.*

If you want us to print the documents for you then simply choose the STANDARD PACKAGE and we will print your documents on high quality paper. Postage costs are included.
*Most companies are formed on the same day normally within 6-8 hours. This is subject to Companies House. Most companies completed on our system by 1pm will be processed the same day by Companies House. For a small additional fee you can pay to have your application prioritised if you must have a same day company.
**E-filing allows you to amend your company’s records held at Companies House free of charge at any time in the future, for example to appoint a new director – no more paperwork! Other agents try to keep you on their site paying for free services you can handle yourself for free at Companies House.
***We currently offer a free bank account from Barclays which is subject to meeting the banks usual status and credit checks. We also offer a specialist guaranteed business bank account that requires no credit checks, this account incurs a small annual fee.
