We are pleased to offer our Confirmation Statement filing service to customers with a UK company or LLP. The Confirmation Statement has to be submitted to Companies House within 14 days of the due date.
Using our service will ensure the document is completed correctly and accepted by Companies House.
To submit the document we will require the webfiling code which will allow us to file your document online via Companies House webfiling system. If we formed your company we have this stored securely. You will need to confirm if there have been any changes within your company appointments over the past 12 month period and provide details of the PSCs.
