Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information and Updates

From 24 March 2020 we have closed our offices. The UK government have asked all non-essential businesses to keep their staff at home to protect them and their families and also to protect the NHS from being overwhelmed by the coronavirus outbreak.

We are operating a basic service using home workers and will answer emails and telephones for a few hours each day. We recommend you email where possible to help us respond when staff are available.

Company formation services:

Companies House are still operating so you can still place company formation orders via our website as normal but not same day applications. We are not able to post any documents at this time so we recommend you order the basic formation package which is a digital only document package. Any orders for hard copy documents will be dispatched when our offices reopen. We are not able to provide a timescale at the moment.

Document orders:

Any orders for documents issued by Companies House such as certificates of good standing will be dispatched direct to the delivery address where possible

Product orders:

Orders for products such as company seals and company registers will not be shipped until our offices reopen

Virtual Address orders:

Anyone ordering new virtual address services will be setup when our offices reopen.
