The first changes to be implemented under the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act ae scheduled to be introduced on the 4th March 2024. We take a look at the key amendments to be implemented under this set of amendments.

Changes have been made by Companies House to Limited Partnerships. The partners in a Limited Partnership must be a legal person with a legal personality. This can be a person or a corporate body.
