Company formation services:
Companies House are still operating normally, you can place company formation orders via our website. Fast Tracked/Same Day applications must be submitted before 10am and are subject to ID checks being completed before 11am by us which is not always possible. All company formation packages are provided with a complete set of digital documents. When your company is formed you can access, download and save the PDF documents. Packages including printed documents will be posted within 2 working days.
Document orders:
Any orders for documents issued by Companies House such as certificates of good standing will be dispatched as soon as possible.
Product orders:
Orders for products such as company seals and company registers will be shipped within 2-4 working days as some products need to be made to order.
Virtual address orders:
Anyone ordering new virtual address services will usually be setup the same day but will not be activated until we have conducted ID checks. Order an address service today and keep your home address private.
Apostille orders:
Operating normally as next day service in most cases.
All other services are operating normally.
