From 18 November 2025, third-party service providers who conduct identity verification checks for clients must register as Authorised Corporate Service Providers (ACSPs) with Companies House. This mandatory requirement applies to company formation agents, accountants, and solicitors supervised by recognised Anti-Money Laundering bodies.
