However, from time to time, external factors beyond our control may influence our pricing structure. Most notably, government fee adjustments play a significant role in the costs associated with company formations and related services. It is with this context in mind that we inform you of an upcoming adjustment to our pricing.
Why Prices Are Changing
The government have reviewed and adjusted their fees associated with company registration, compliance, and other administrative services. These adjustments are made for a variety of reasons, including inflation, the cost of maintaining public services, and improvements in UK company laws under the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act. Recently, we were informed of an increase in government company formation fees from £10 to £50 along with other fee increases for document filing services, which directly impacts the cost of some of the services we offer.
We want to assure you that we have done everything within our power to absorb as much of these increased costs as possible. However, to continue providing you with the high-quality service you expect and deserve, we find ourselves in a position where we must adjust our prices accordingly.

Below, you will find the updated pricing table for our services. These changes will take effect on 1st May 2024. Please note that while we have endeavoured to keep these adjustments to a minimum, they reflect the necessary increases to cover the additional government fees.
