When will I get my company documents?

Your company documents will be available as soon as your company is registered at Companies House. This is typically with just a few hours.

Your Certificate of Incorporation and other company documents can be downloaded from our website the same second we are notified your company is accepted by Companies House. This can be as little as one hour after placing your order, but most companies are registered in around 2-3 hours. This is subject to Companies House and on rare occasions Companies House systems may experience very high demand or technical issues which can lead to delays of a few more working hours.

When your incorporation is complete we will send an email to you the instant we receive notification from Companies House. You can then immediately access your documents or login at your convenience.
