Can I create more than one share class?

When forming a new company using our website you can create shares with different names, different values, different currencies and even give each share different ‘rights’. You create the shares how you want them.

A common practice when there is more than one shareholder is to create Ordinary A shares, Ordinary B shares, Ordinary C shares, etc. This allows for flexible distribution of profits.

Of course we do provide you with a simple option. Most companies are formed with ‘Ordinary’ shares. These are standard ordinary shares in GBP with standard rights attached. This is offered as a default option and is suitable for most companies.

Choose our default shares or create your own. The choice is yours.

Please note Companies House processing times are an estimate only and not guaranteed.
