In addition to forming your new limited company we can provide a UK registered office address. When registering a company in the UK it is a legal requirement to provide an official registered office address at the time of incorporation. Companies House will add this address to the public register once the company has been formed.
During the company registration process you can select one of our office locations (Coventry, London or Edinburgh) as the registered address for your company. This will ensure that our address is provided to Companies House and HM Revenue and Customs (the UK tax authority) as the official address for the company.

The registered office of a UK company is the only address that Companies House and HM Revenue and Customs will send official notices to. Your accounts, annual return and corporation tax notices and reminders are sent to the registered office. They will not post these to another address so the companies address must be effective. Our all inclusive service will ensure your government mail, from Companies House and HM Revenue and Customs, is promptly forwarded to you upon receipt.
When starting your new company you can enter your own address or choose from our Coventry, London or Scotland addresses. The fee will cover the service for 12 months after which we will invite you to renew the service. If you have any questions regarding this service do not hesitate to contact our office.
