If your UK registered company or LLP is no longer required then you may want to dissovle the business.
We can assist with filing the dissolution document for a fee of £48.00 including Companies House filing fee. We can file the application electronically if you provide the company authentication code. We will contact you to request the contact email address for the appointed dirctrs so they can sign the form electronically. If you do not have access to the company authentication code you will need to provide us with a paper copy of the DS01 form signed by all of the directors which must be posted to our Coventry address and we will the complete the remainder of the form and post it to Companies House along with the £10 filing fee. We will also monitor the application to ensure the strike off procedure is completed.
