What is a PSC?
A PSC (Person with significant control), as the name suggests, is an individual who has control over various aspects of a company. There are several conditions that an individual could meet that would determine them to be a PSC, for example a PSC could be anyone who directly or indirectly owns more than 25% of the shares.
