Now is the time to double check the name of your company. We display your company name on many occasions during the formation process. Spelling mistakes or typos are easily fixed now. Once a company is submitted to Companies House we have no way of intercepting or stopping the company formation. If you have made a typing error in your company name or wish to amend it in anyway please amend this on screen now. If you are experiencing a problem changing your name please call us for help.
Please do not pay for your application if the name on screen is not correct. We cannot amend the incorporated name after payment as it will be immediately submitted to Companies House. If your company name is registered with an error this can be fixed by filing a company name change. We can assist with this if required.
