If you have purchased an address service or ongoing services from us we need you to provide identification documents so that we can conduct background checks.
What documents do we need?
If the service is for more than one person we need documents for all people receiving mail.
We will then verify the documents you provide by conducting a 'soft search' of your credit file. This search has no impact on the person’s credit rating and is not seen by anyone searching the credit file for lending purposes. A soft search is the same search recorded when you view your own credit file or apply for an insurance product. This soft search is purely used to verify identity and in this case to verify your documents without seeing the originals. If you, the owner of the document, does not agree please choose the option to send us the original documents or a solicitor/notary certified copy by post.
