If you have purchased an address service or ongoing services from us we need you to provide identification documents. All directors, shareholders and persons with significant control. must provide full identification.
What documents do we need?
Overseas customers need to provide notarised copies of the following documents
- Photo Identification - Passport or Driving Licence
- Address Proof - Utility Bill (Gas, Electric, Water), Bank Statement, Council Tax Bill, Landline Phone Bill (not mobile phone). This should be issued within the last 3 months.
The notary public must confirm that they have checked the documents and verified the address information to be correct. They cannot simply certify a document as a copy without checking the address.
We need the contact details and an email address for the notary public. This information will be checked online.
These notarised documents must be sent to us by secure courier. We do not accept these as copies or by email.
